A single Bible verse is written or printed on two separate pieces of paper. The host of the game cuts each paper into small pieces, with one or two words on each piece. After shuffling the small pieces of paper, the teacher or parent places the papers of each verse into an uninflated balloon. Children are divided into two teams. The group chooses a team captain who will race to the other end of the room, blow up the balloon and tie it. The rest of the team members join him and try to burst the balloon. Once the balloon is burst and all the pieces of paper fall out, the group must put the Bible verse in order. The first team to organize their verse wins.
